By Serina provides luxury personal shopping and fashion styling services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation after application review.

Bookings & Payments

Consultation bookings require confirmation from our team. Payment terms will be communicated during the consultation process. Cancellations made 48 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information in application forms and to communicate any changes to their requirements in a timely manner.
